The Advanced Geometry of the Galli

We often hear about "Made in Italy" or "French Couture" as the gold standards of fashion. But if you’ve ever stood in a workshop in Lahore or Pindi, you know that the most advanced handwork in the world doesn't always have a fancy label.

Pakistani handwork is a marvel of human engineering. It’s the ability to map out complex,
maximalist stories on a piece of fabric using nothing but a needle and a century of intuition. It is advanced, it is intricate, and it is largely untold.

The world has been content to treat our craft as "folk art"—something quaint to be bought at a discount. We’re here to change that narrative.
We want to tell the stories of the adda, the kaamdani, and the aar work. We want to show the
world that our "loud" designs are actually a sophisticated language of identity. We aren't just
preserving a craft; we’re giving it the global stage it has earned.
